About Me

Banks is a multidisciplinary Creative Director based in New York City, where he’s spent the past two decades collaborating with some of the best creatives and clients in the business. Art director first, designer second, writer a close third, he’s produced work for brands like FedEx, AT&T, Pedigree, Pepsi, Visa, Foot Locker, GE, WhatsApp, The Home Depot, M&M’s, Planters, Gillette, HP, IBM, Guinness, H&R Block, KFC, and more. Along the way, his work has earned recognition from the industry’s top award shows and publications and has even been archived in the New York Museum of Modern Art’s Department of Film.

Banks prides himself on being hard-working, collaborative, and a great listener. He’s also a firm believer in the mantra, “When in doubt, make stuff.” When he’s not persuading pet owners to buy dog food or convincing star NBA player Cooper Flagg to posterize the elderly in a bingo game, you’ll find him playing and making music, traveling somewhere on a Delta flight, watching sports, or spending time with family and friends back home in Texas.
